Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj spoke about today's decision of the Supreme Court regarding the seal of the Democratic Party.

The Supreme Court returned the case for trial, but according to Gjokutaj, this decision proves that the decision of the First Instance is the only determinant that has respected the judicial procedures in the same relationship with the voters of the Re-establishment.

According to him, it is clear who the real DP is and it was just as clear today in the Supreme Court.

"This decision, in addition to giving time to the creators of this legal marathon in order to gain time on the part of this majority and delegitimize the real opposition, in spite of everything proves a fact that the decision of the First Instance is the only determinant that has respected judicial proceedings in the same relationship with the voters of the Reestablishment.
