A large number of people chose Kosovo as their destination to celebrate the end of the year holidays.

The border point in Merdare is reported to be the busiest, as citizens have waited up to five hours to exit Kosovo.

There is also a wait in Dheu i Bardhë, Jarinje and in Multivoda, where emigrants are waiting for up to two hours.
