A worker at an infertility treatment clinic in the Dutch city of Leiden used his own sperm to impregnate at least 11 women who were having trouble conceiving. 

In the report of The Hague television, Omroep Vest, it is said that the employee did this in the period between 1979 and 1985, reports "Nederland Time". He was not registered as a donor and was later found to be using the names of male donors and using his own sperm for artificial insemination.

The Leiden infertility treatment clinic no longer exists, but the Kindervens Medical Center (MCK), which manages the clinic's archives, is trying to contact women who were treated for infertility during that period as well as their descendants. 

The issue came to light last year when it emerged that the two donor children did not have the same DNA as their mother's partner. /CNA
