"We destroyed their naval headquarters"/ Trump shares details of US

US President Donald Trump announced in a post on social media that US forces have sunk nine Iranian naval vessels and largely destroyed the country's naval headquarters.

In his post, Trump states that some of the ships destroyed were relatively large and important.

"I was just informed that we have destroyed and sunk 9 Iranian naval vessels, some of which are relatively large and important.

"We are pursuing the remaining ones — they too will soon be floating at the bottom of the sea! In another attack, we largely destroyed their naval headquarters," the president said in a post on his Truth Social platform.  

In his response, Trump did not share photos or videos of the reported damage. /CNA
