Federal judge: Pence must testify before grand jury

A federal judge has ruled that former Vice President Mike Pence must testify before a grand jury after being subpoenaed by a special prosecutor investigating efforts by former President Donald Trump and his allies to overturn this year's presidential election. 2020.
