"I just arrived from Sarajevo, where I had an important meeting yesterday and today, and now we are doing a review of our military presence in the Western Balkans, which includes Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as Kosovo. We used our reserve forces to increase our presence immediately after the violence in September and are now reviewing whether we should have a permanent increase to ensure that this situation does not spiral out of control and create further violent conflicts in Kosovo or in the wider region.
