Gjermania, Franca dhe Italia nënshkruajnë marrëveshjen për rregullat mbi AI në të ardhmen

Gjermania, Franca dhe Italia kanë arritur një marrëveshje për rregullat e ardhshme mbi AI (Inteligjenca Artificiale) e cila pritet të përshpejtojë negociatat në nivel evropian.

Komisioni Evropian, Parlamenti Evropian dhe Këshilli i BE-së janë aktualisht duke negociuar se si blloku evropian duhet të pozicionohet në këtë fushë të re.

Parlamenti Evropian propozoi gjatë diskutimeve që kodi i sjelljes fillimisht duhet të jetë i detyrueshëm vetëm për ofruesit kryesorë të AI, të cilët janë kryesisht nga SHBA.

Megjithatë, tre qeveri të BE-së kanë paralajmëruar se ky do të ishte një avantazh i qartë konkurrues për ofruesit më të vegjël evropianë.

Nëse pas një periudhe të caktuar kohore vërehen shkelje të kodit të sjelljes, mund të vendoset një sistem sanksionesh.
