From January 1, 2026 to September 30 of the same year, citizens and businesses will revalue their properties, bringing them closer to real market prices.
The revaluation this time will be with a tax of 5%, from the 15% that is currently and the 3% that was in the last campaign carried out in 2022.
In the 7 municipalities of the Vlora district, reference prices per square meter vary depending on the administrative units and relevant areas.
The lowest value per square meter is 31,800 lek in Livadhja of Finiq Municipality, while the highest value reaches 200,000 lek in Zone 7 (Sazani) of Vlora Municipality./CNA
