The scandal with the private kindergarten without a license/ The state is deaf

3 days ago, the show "Stop" denounced the equal violence that took place in the private garden "Stinët" in the capital.

One of the educators abused a 3-year-old girl, and broke her leg.

After the publication of this case, it was established that the private kindergarten was without a license.

In fact, not only the private kindergarten is in the scandal, but state institutions are also involved.

Some institutions turned a blind eye and allowed the activity of an unlicensed kindergarten with dozens of children to take place.

The garden was easily identifiable through its colorful facade, which did not even hide the name of the private activity.

Although everything was opened, no action was taken against this garden.

The institutions have either not carried out checks, or have been "ordered" not to take measures against this activity. The fact remains that no matter what the situation was, the institutions were opened in violation.

Where was the Health Inspectorate?

Where was the Tax Inspectorate?

Where were the inspectors of the Municipality of Tirana?

Where was the Labor Inspectorate?

Where was the Municipal Police?

Where was the Ministry of Education?

Why didn't any of these institutions see a kindergarten with a large space, which contained dozens of children, who turned out to be abused?

Why hasn't the private villa in which children were "educated" been checked until now?

Why didn't anyone care to see what those children were eating?

Why did no one go to see how those children were treated?

Why didn't anyone go to see the conditions in which the children stayed at least 5-6 hours a day?

Why did no one go to check if the staff of that "educational institution" was qualified?

It took the sending of a child to the hospital from the barbaric violence of the educator to find out that this private kindergarten not only did not have a license, but treated the children cruelly.

So small was the kindergarten with dozens of children inside that no one saw it?

They do not even look at a large villa with colorful facades, where dozens of children are abused.

Dozens of people are paid to ensure the welfare of the children and none of them saw what was done to the little ones in a large building.

In Albania, no one sees anything, the entire administration, all the responsible authorities are blind and deaf and dumb, which shows how corrupt to the core are the leaders and employees of the relevant institutions and inspectorates who should have controlled the existence of this garden without a license.

Now the government informs us that it will set up a task force in cooperation with educational institutions and the State Police to carry out checks for such illegal activities.

This is an additional cost for the pockets of Albanians, since dozens of people are paid for this work by the aforementioned institutions.

The matter is now in the hands of justice, which must clarify the incident and bring to justice the persons responsible, and with them also the persons who turned a blind eye to a private activity without a license, which turned out not to educate, but to abuse children./ CNA
