Filda Heta tells us that the family gave the two-story villa on Bogdanë Street to the investor Shpëtim Bimo. According to the agreement, this facility would be completed in 2006 and the land owners would be given the corresponding parts. But this did not happen and the investor was not hurt.

Complainant: The property belongs to my father, a tailor, and he owned this whole area here. The part of the "Avni Rustemi" school, the street and this part here where we had built a two-story house.
