Closely connected to the lobby of the municipality of Tirana, Elvin Tivari, like all the other directors of this municipality, experienced an immediate economic rise, showing serious competition and the risk of bankruptcy for many veteran businessmen operating in Albania.

The Prosecutor of SPAK, Klodian Braho, is investigating Tivar's role in relation to the position he had in the Directorate of Water Supply in Tirana and the private business empire he has built in the most coveted areas of the country.

The business of the directors of the municipality of Tirana, including Elvin Tivari, soon experienced not only economic growth, but also a large geographical extension from Tirana, Durrës, Vlora to Dhërmi.

Meanwhile, on September 11, 2023, Elvin Tivari opens another business in Tirana, called "I Rise Property & Investment", in which he owns 100 percent of the shares.

The object of the business is: "...Real Estate Agency, providing advice and consultancy in the market of selling and buying properties for individuals. Brokerage services and commissions in the real estate sector. Consulting for projects in various fields, construction of residential and non-residential buildings...".

Also, the name of Elvin Tivari appears as the owner of the coffee trading company, "Gourmet&Co" in Xhafzotaj, Durrës, who owns 33 percent of the shares of this business. While the rest is provided by his partner, Theofan Kazanxhiu.

Elvin Tivari bought this business in 2008 from Bledar Pajana, against the price of 330 thousand old lek.

The expansion of the businesses of the former director of the municipality, Tivar, has continued in 2023, since on October 13, he founded "Gastro Factory", a Bar-Restaurant that carries out all types of operations and transactions related to import, export, trade , the sale and distribution of necessary goods in the field of gastronomy.

In this business, Tivari enjoys 34 percent of the shares, while the rest is enjoyed by the former director of UKT, Redi Molla and Dritan Kadiu.

All three of these names also appear in the construction of the 5-star superhotel in Durrës, and this is fully matched through the company "Etitur" that Elvin Tivari opened on September 3, 2020 and enjoys 100 percent of the shares.

In 2018, Elvin Tivari opened a Bar-Restaurant-Pizzeria "Marina Bistro", in the city of Durrës. This business is currently suspended.

Meanwhile, on April 19, 2022, Elvin Tivari together with Dritan Kadiu open the company "Blue Construction", sharing 50 percent of the shares. This is a company whose activity is in the field of Hotel-Tourism./ Oranews
