CNA a day ago published exclusive material from the "Balluku" dossier, parts that had not previously been published by the media.

This material talked about the publisher of "Shqiptarja.com", Carlo Bollino, and the hundreds of millions he has benefited from ARRSH.

According to communications revealed in the "Balluku" file made public exclusively by CNA, del Carlo Bollino, who sends messages to Minister Balluku with third parties to inquire with Director Evis Berberi about projects and payments.

CNA revealed to the public the messages, which showed the hundreds of millions received by the director of the ARRSH at the time, Evis Berberi.

The messages clearly show Bollino's interference with the minister regarding certain tenders and then regarding the amounts that the ARA paid. In this case, it is about an amount of around 700 million old lekë.

After this message, Evis Berberi explains that payments were made, first 280 million old lek, then 30 million old lek, and then the difference of 390 million old lek would be given.

Carlo Bollino is caught unawares with facts from the file and not with "fake news" as produced by his media, with manipulations or messages taken out of context, to be used or put at the service of the government or the conductor from Durres prison.

With the manufactured "fake news" Carlo Bollino claimed to be telling Rama that Balluku was protesting against him and Veliaj, but in fact the full messages from the file show the hundreds of millions that were received by the ARRSH.
