A shocking story comes to the show "Stop" on TV Klan from the city of Vlora. It is learned that Hati Deliaj, 64 years old, was taken to the hospital on August 3, 2024, in a state of shock, unconscious, with signs of violence on her body and without food for several days.

According to her brother's complaint on the "Stop" show, she was brutally beaten by her husband, Engjëllush Deliaj, 71. In addition, the victim was kept locked up in the house for five days, until her condition worsened. On the sixth day, the deceased died in the Vlora Hospital.

"My brother-in-law and I had a relationship like that, almost strained. They don't have children. They lived in Italy, in 2020 he raped her. Horrible physical and psychological violence. He was even admitted to a rehabilitation center there. I didn't even mention the most important thing, he confessed to his uncle's son who hasn't said anything in two years, after coming to the hospital.

Initially, we were notified not by the sister's ex-husband, but by a cousin of ours, who had been called by the sister's abuser. He called our cousin and told her that Hati was dying. I don't know how he got it, with what courage. She called her sister and told her the situation.

My sister immediately called Hati, but she didn't answer, she didn't even speak, she was just shaking. Her mouth was open and she was completely shaking. I had marks on my eyes, on my neck, on my chin, on my arms and on my knees.

How is it possible that he raped her in that kind of way and kept her at home for five days, so that she could die there at home and present it as a natural death. How is it possible?! They gave her various intensive therapies. Her diabetes was even 670.

My sister passed away," says the victim's brother.

Despite the evidence, the Vlora Prosecution Office, under the direction of prosecutor Aurora Hajro, has only filed charges of "domestic violence" against the 71-year-old.

The forensic medical examination report states that the woman was raped with cutting tools five days before her death, but this evidence was not investigated further.

According to the prosecution, the cause of death is a myocardial infarction, while the husband claims that the wife "fell down the stairs."

The investigative file lacks analysis of food, water, and diabetes medication, which, according to experts, along with the lack of help and physical violence, may have caused the heart to stop./tvklan
