In June, the Municipality of Vlora approved the position of “Responsible” in the Expropriations sector at the Directorate of Properties and Assets. Two main criteria were established: 5 years of experience and studies in law.

In the end, only one candidate met these conditions and was declared the winner. It was Ms. Anisa Plepi, appointed director of human resources, but who was herself running for the position at Expropriations. When the journalist asked her for an explanation, she left her job and left.

Lawyer Arben Llangozi has denounced this case as a violation of the law and an act that constitutes corruption, describing as a criminal offense the favoritism that is given to the director who was commissioned to take this position.
