In the Bushat Administrative Unit of Vau i Dejës, Nik Jaha faces an unusual problem, which begins after an accident in July 2024.

Two months later, the apartment of the person he had an accident with was attacked with explosives, and Nik Jaha became a suspect by the police. He was escorted and his phone was confiscated.

Nik's phone was then blocked and he was no longer contacted by the police or the prosecution. After numerous complaints, in July 2025, Nik Jaha received an order to return the phone.

But this did not happen. At the Vau i Dejës Police Station, they told him that the officer in charge, Claudio Dorti, was no longer part of the police station and that there was no one to carry out the order.

The Shkodra Local Police Directorate confirmed that the phone had not been returned by the prosecution to the police station, preventing the return of the item.

DVP Shkodër: I contacted an officer from Vau i Dejës and they were aware of this case, but they only received the order to return the seized items, but it is not the seized object that has been returned. The Prosecution has not yet returned the phone to the Vau i Dejës Police Station. I contacted the officer by post and he told me that the Prosecution is returning it to the Police Station. Even when it returns, they will execute it, they will give it the phone.

After the intervention of the show "Stop", a new execution order was issued and within a day, the phone was returned to Nik Jaha./tvklan.al
