For four years, Natasha Shyti from Sukthi has been waiting for the inheritance certificate of her deceased husband to be registered in 2020. Since 2021, she has applied to the Durrës Cadastre, through the notary office of notary Arif Kajnozi, but nothing has been resolved.

According to notary Kajnozi, the documentation was prepared and submitted correctly, however the delays were caused by the institution's internal bureaucracy. He says that 3 applications were made, but the lady was unable to complete the work.
