Officially, the murder of Pjerin Xhuvan is without a perpetrator.
As there is still no one convicted by the court, but only one suspect for whom a court session cannot be held.
He is Arbër Papleka, who is suspected of having shot at Pjerin Xhuvan on April 21, 2021.
The court hearing was scheduled today, but it has been postponed for the fifth time.
The two former deputy directors of the Elbasan police, Niko Palla and Albert Nushi, as well as six members of the Shqiponja forces, are being investigated for this event.
It is reported that the lawyers have asked for the postponement of the session to familiarize themselves with the new evidence.
