In the Naples region, 12 people have disappeared and 8 people have lost their lives as a result of the landslide that engulfed the island of Ischia in Italy. Among the missing persons, a family with three members, a newborn baby and a 25-year-old woman are reported.

Italy has been gripped by bad weather since yesterday. The island has been blocked due to bad weather and schools have been ordered closed by the mayor.
