The Durrës Prosecutor's Office has sent the employees of ASHK Kavajë to court, who have been charged with "Forgery of documents" and "Misuse of duty".

At the end of the investigation of criminal proceedings no. 483 started on 21.10.2021, reasonable doubts were raised based on evidence that the employees of ASHK Kavajë, the cartographer who compiled the map Ing. DK and the registrar of ASHK Kavajë SC, who signed and confirmed the practice of the property ownership certificate number 399, forged documents, property maps and provided the father of citizens I. T and QT with a certificate of ownership. for the property on 23.05.2016, changing the place of the property of 1900 m2 from the olive grove to the property, which was fruitless land in 1991 for more benefits.

From the investigations carried out, it results that the SC citizen with the duty of former registrar at ASHK, Kavajë, has consumed elements of the criminal offense of "Abuse of duty" provided for by article 248 of the Criminal Code. This citizen with the duty of the chief registrar has registered the property by violated Law no. 33/2021 (amended by law no. 9/2016, dated 11.02.2016 "On registration of real estate" article 20, point "C" article 25 "Method of initial registration point "b" article 29, point "1", Regulation no. 184/1999, "Method of initial registration", Law no. 171/2014, "On the completion of legal procedures for the transfer of agricultural land of former agricultural enterprises to the ownership of beneficiaries", article 3 , "Criteria for the equipment with the deed of taking ownership of the land".

Likewise, from the conducted investigations, it appears that the DK citizen has committed the criminal offense of falsifying documents since, as a person who had the duty to verify the positioning of the property acquired with the AMTP, he issued a map, which does not comply with the AMTP.

From the verification of this map, this document does not meet any minimum criteria to be called an official document and does not show any positioning of the property.
