In a statement to the media, the political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, addressed 7 questions to the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani.

Kelliçi informs that in the role of the accuser he has officially addressed the Head of the Special Prosecution, where I requested the following data:

1- Have you evaluated the findings and assessments of the Special Court of Appeal? (estimates which we will make public for all citizens in the following days)

2- Has the Holder of the Contracting Authority been identified?

3- How many tendering procedures benefited by the subject "5D Construction" have been evaluated in violation of the law?

4- Are the construction permits obtained by this subject with the signature of the mayor Erion Veliaj part of the investigation?

5- Has the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, been registered by you in the register of notifications of criminal offences?

6- Have you identified which are the 4 construction companies owned by these citizens (given from the act-expertise of the phone of the employee Jona Bejko)?

7- Have the investigative actions required in the report been carried out for the ownership documentation of the lands on which construction permits were approved for the subject "5D Construction"?

Furthermore, Kelliçi emphasizes that in the same form as the submitted request for information, they expect to receive a response from Dumani.

"We performed our duty today, according to the request of the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani. In the same way, we expect from Mr. Dumani that he also implements the law and the decisions of the courts", said Kelliçi./ CNA
