"Golden bullet" in the GJKKO/ "Bring the evidence", fierce

The court session for the "Golden Bullet" case was held at the Special Court. The session was accompanied by debates between prosecutor Behar Dibra and the lawyer of Altin Ndoc. The latter escaped from Durrës prison a few weeks ago.

Ndoc's lawyer has accused the prosecutor of hiding evidence related to the case. Meanwhile, the prosecutor has denied the accusations, stating that no evidence has been hidden.

Replies in the session:

Prosecutor Dibra: The request and statement that you say we have hidden evidence is not true. There is no hiding of evidence. If it has not been brought, we will bring it.

Lawyer Elda Zotaj: Yes, you hid it. Why don't you bring the evidence? Or are you afraid that you're inside? If you have nothing to hide, bring the evidence!

It is reported that after the debates, the session was adjourned and the court adjourned until March 3. The next session is expected to continue the examination of the evidence and requests of the parties. /CNA
