Following monitoring of the situation and based on information reported by municipalities, Civil Protection structures and responsible institutions, the situation in the territory of Shkodra District appears stable.

In the territory of the Municipality of Shkodra, the situation continues to remain the same. In the village of Obot, the water level reaches about 40 cm, while no expansion of the flooded agricultural land areas has been observed. In this area, 6 Armed Forces personnel and 1 high-traffic vehicle continue to remain on standby, deployed to support the community in case of need.

In the territory of the Municipality of Vau i Dejës, the Municipality of Malësi e Madhe, the Municipality of Pukë and the Municipality of Fushë-Arrëz, the situation appears stable and under control. No problems or emergency situations are reported.

According to data from DRUK Lezha, the level of the Drin River is 7.70 m, while the critical quota is 10.00 m. Also, at the measuring point Ura e Bunës (Pazar) the water level is 7.70 m, from 9.50 m which is the critical quota. No problems are reported in the drainage channels or embankments.

Regarding the situation of the road axes, after continuous work throughout the night, it has become possible to unblock and clear the area blocked by avalanches. Work is currently continuing to clear the Qafë Thore - Theth segment. In the meantime, the movement of vehicles from Theth towards Boga has also begun, while the relevant structures are working on salting and widening the passing part of the road.
