The Constitutional Court has passed the request of Ajola Xoxa into plenary session. Xoxa is seeking the annulment of three decisions on control and seizures.

Ajola Xoxa faces 12 serious charges of corruption, laundering of proceeds of crime, failure to declare and conceal assets.
