The Fier Prosecutor's Office completed the investigations and decided to send citizens AC and AC, father and son, to trial for the criminal offense of 'Premeditated murder committed in collaboration and remaining in the attempt' and 'Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition'.

From the investigations, it was proven that the defendants AC and AC, due to a previous conflict between the defendant AC (son/son) and the victim HM, while driving two different vehicles, ambushed the victim HM, who was traveling in a motorcycle with his mother SM, shooting him 9 times while they were traveling in their respective vehicles.
