The Supreme Court decides today on the head of the Constitutional Court

Today the Supreme Court will elect the head of the Constitutional Court, following the end of Holta Zaçaj's mandate.

There are 6 candidates in the race for the head of the Constitutional Court, but according to the scores from the Judicial Appointments Council, the vacant position is divided between the three candidates with the most points.

KED published the scores a few days ago and the top three were: Asim Vokshi with 89.5 points, Naureda Llagami with a small margin behind him with 89.3 points and Florian Ballhysa with 77.83 points. 6 candidates underwent the test for the vacant position.

Alban Toro, Alma Faskaj, Asim Vokshi, Florian Ballhysa, Genta Tafa Bungo, Naureda Llagami.

The candidates with the most points will be voted on by the members of the Supreme Court. The winner must receive 3/5 of the votes, if this is not achieved, the candidate with the most points will be automatically elected./ CNA
