In the next court session on the "Partizani" case, lawyer Genc Gjokutaj stated that all evidence presented in the process is invalid and cannot serve as the basis for a guilty verdict.

Gjokutaj stated that there is a decision of the Constitutional Court that has already been issued, although it has not yet been published in the Official Gazette, which establishes that all seizures carried out within the framework of this investigation were made in violation of the law and, as such, are invalid.

"He not only excluded evidence for everyone, but also demanded the invalidity of the acts. According to him, even though the court heard the claims and asked for time to prepare, there may be attempts to have this evidence re-evaluated, but according to the lawyer, this is unacceptable.
