This is a decision of RTSH director Alfred Peza towards public television director Ergi Hasku, which informs him of the termination of the contract.

The reason is a sentence published on the social network "Instagram". Director Peza has tried in this decision to justify that this sentence evaluating his show damaged the image of RTSH, based according to him on the Editorial Principles of this television.

Until now, the indiscriminate moves and dismissals made by Alfred Peza have also been considered by the media in the spectrum of humor, because basically they have had delays in schedules, non-appearances, and other reasons related to a television that creates in every time, should have no place.

But he is helped by the nepotistic appointments he made himself, which unfortunately only serve him for barbaric violations of the law, and on the other hand cause serious social problems for the families of those fired without criteria.

But the latter is no longer related either to the success in office, nor to the return of RTSH to a media prison. This is all related to the right and freedom of speech, for which society at this very time is fighting more. And in this particular case, only for the right of speech of a young director, who has the right to judge his program, and not only.

Everywhere in the world in television or cinema there is only one chair, and that is the director's chair, not the director's. This was not even decided by the Albanians, it was decided by its inventors, thus giving a different spirit to a television which, unfortunately, the current director has never understood and will never understand. With a military profile, he only knows how to rape. He has only one terrifying principle of totalitarian management of a public television.

It is unacceptable the degradation of the freedom of speech and the basic principles which, against the will of Alfred Peza, the Albanians won in December 90.

Dozens of journalists and publicists have been imprisoned precisely for this free speech in this institution run by this man pampered by the government. There was no other way for a monist to tolerate a different opinion. 

RTSH employees and their families are hit without reason by dismissals and other "contrived" measures, which cause others to create insecurity and anxiety in their work. And unfortunately for all these dismissals there was no immediate reaction from the politicians. The lawyers will do their jobs in these processes, they will win the trials, but this is of little importance, it is only an economic issue that the RTSH budget can afford.

Alfred Peza knows this very well. He is not interested in money, as a man accused and investigated for tax evasion, as a man whose family for the moment every expense is covered by the government, he has only one idea in his head.

Establish Fred's dictatorship. This is no longer a legal issue, this is a matter of principles that affect and seriously insult the constitution, but not the one of 76, which Peza has under his pillow. / CNA
