PHOTO/ "Bayraktar" drones fly over Kučovo

NATO's tactical air base in Ku?ovo was officially opened on Monday. The ceremony organized by the Ministry of Defense started with the performance of the NATO and Albanian anthems by the Brass Band of the Armed Forces.

Prime Minister Edi Rama, Speaker of the Assembly Lindita Nikolla, Defense Minister Niko Peleshi, President Bajram Begaj, Major General Arben Kingji, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces and a number of foreign diplomats were present at the ceremony. 

After the speech of President Begaj, the "Bayraktar" drones, provided with the support of the United States of America and the Republic of Turkey, flew into the air from this air base. "Black Hawk" helicopters are also part of this military base./ CNA
