Details from the SPAK file/ The Avdyli Group attempted to find and eliminate

Details have been revealed from the criminal file registered at SPAK and which led to the arrest of several people, including Enea Kume, the brother of Socialist Party MP Loer Kume.
According to journalist Elton Qyno, the Avdyli group, which closely cooperated with the group of former Socialist Party MP in Lezha Arben Ndoka, had the intention and attempted to locate and then organize the murder of Plaurent Dervishaj and Edmond Koçi, who is known in Durrës by the nickname "Çekiçi" or "Sqepari".

Further in the investigative file, it is mentioned that various persons such as Aleksandër Laho, Vullnet Muça alias Laho, Agron Bejdolli and Ermira Avdyli, have benefited from large areas of agricultural land using an organized scheme of drafting forged documents, partial forgery of official property documents, illegally registering properties in the registers of the former ZVRPP Durrës and then the ASHK Durrës Directorate, transferring ownership to other persons and finally selling them to individuals interested in purchasing property in areas with high investment interest.

In the framework of the exchange of information with European law enforcement agencies, within the framework of cooperation in the fight against organized crime and corruption, investigators of the National Bureau of Investigation have administered data on several Albanian citizens, users of the encrypted communication platform SkyECC, users of the SkyECC QICTIT PIN codes with various contacts, among others, with the SkyECC user L629B3.

From the communications carried out through the SkyECC platform, it has been evidenced that the SkyECC user L62983 and the SkyECC user QICTJT, in collaboration with other citizens, users of this platform, are suspected of being involved in the commission of criminal offenses of murder, corruption and document forgery, carried out in the special form, that of the Structured Criminal Group.

From the investigative actions carried out and from the examination of the communications of the aforementioned Sky ECC users, other users of the SkyECC PIN ID6E0D, SGL385, 90DXEI, DOP6VU, L59U30, MG7G39, LPO41B, 6VQ901, G4SJGK, 2EBA8C, SQL0EC, CK9K29, N8TA74, TED4V0, Albanian speakers, have also been identified, for whom reasonable suspicions arise that they have communicated and interacted with each other to identify the location with the aim of murdering citizen Plarent Dervishi alias Lenti, organizing and murdering citizen Edmond Koçi alias "Çekiçi/Sqepari" and organizing and murdering citizen Edmir Bregu also called Ilir Kuçi alias Maloku.

In fact, Edmond Koçi was killed in Durrës on March 20, 2021, a time when the "Sky" application was not intercepted, as it stopped functioning by March 7, 2021.
Also, some of these individuals have obtained original property registration documents from state archives, and have forged documents by partially deleting the content of the documents and rewriting false facts about property transactions in them.
By partially or completely forging land ownership deeds, by removing the volume sheets where the assets were registered and replacing them with new sheets with falsified content, actions carried out in collaboration with employees of the State Cadastre Agency in exchange for irregular benefit.
