The member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Belind Kelliçi, has informed that the General Secretary, Flamur Noka, has signed a criminal report in SPAK, against the publisher Carlo Bollino.

During an interview on Syri TV, Kelliçi stated that there are dozens of accusations against Bollino and not only, listing some of them as: robbery and theft of land in the former Partizani complex, fraud and compilation of false statements, falsification of documents, profit illegality of interests, violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions, laundering of the proceeds of a criminal offense, misappropriation of a crime and appropriation of money or goods derived from a criminal offense or criminal activity for which Carlo Bollino together with another part of the government cabinet were officially reported by Flag Noka to SPAK.

Kelliçi said that he will give the details of the criminal report tomorrow at a press conference.

"Tomorrow there will be a press conference by the General Secretary of the DP Flamur Noka and I regarding the criminal report which Noka has signed for Carlo Bollino and not only. Carlo Bollino is accused of dozens of charges.

In the case of robbery and theft of land in the former Partizani complex, starting from fraud and the compilation of false statements, forgery of documents, illegal benefit of interests, violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions, cleaning of the products of the work criminal, non-reporting of crime and embezzlement of money or goods derived from criminal offense or criminal activity for which Carlo Bollino together with another part of the government cabinet was officially reported by Mr. Flamur Noka to SPAK.
