Media after testifying in SPAK: I have never violated the authority of the FA, I respected the law

The former Minister of Defense Fatmir Mediu was summoned to SPAK today for the "Gerdeci" case. After the testimony, he told the media that he did not break the law at any time. 

"The issues that Pinari raised today are not issues of the minister. The decision of the Council of Ministers defines certain duties. There can be no ministerial order in the FA. This whole situation clarified one thing, that the Minister of Defense has implemented the legal decisions and the decisions of VKM. Mr. Pinari was one of the witnesses to what happened in Gerdëc. I think that with this matter we have an obligation to say what the truth is. A lot of mud has been thrown at me. This is a matter that has no do with the minister. We have never violated the authority of the Armed Forces", said Mediu.
