The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, commented on the meeting between Prime Minister Edi Rama and French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace, stating that the French head of state must be clear that Rama's claims about black sheep, shtojzovallet and witches, which he identifies with bloggers and influencers in the protest, are a sick fantasy.

During his statement, Berisha said that Rama is connected to power "worse than flesh and blood", while accusing him of seeking to defend himself at all costs in the face of the accusations that the opposition has leveled against him.

"President Macron should be clear that the black balls, which he calls the algorithms of the shtojzovalle and witches, which he considers bloggers and influencers, are all the sick fantasy of a man connected to power worse than flesh and blood," Berisha declared.

He also expressed the hope that the meeting at the Élysée would convey to Rama "the right message" in the interest of Albania, the region and relations with international partners.

According to Berisha, the fact that Macron has invited Rama to Paris as a friend of France should serve to strengthen cooperation and respect the best interests of the country.

"President Macron should be clear that the black balls, which he calls the algorithms of the shtojozovalle and witches, which he considers bloggers and influencers, are all the sick fantasy of a man tied to power worse than flesh and blood, due to his countless crimes and who refuses to be put on trial, but does everything to save his own skin.

"I hope that this meeting at the Élysée will make Rama receive the right message in the best interest of Albania, the region and Albania's friends, as Macron has invited him as a friend of France," Berisha said./CNA
