The appetites of the allies - Luli Basha needs a parliament with 1400 deputies

Fatmir Mediu announced today the list of candidates for deputies of the Republican Party. 36 names that Mr. Mediu in the capacity of party chairman, has written on a white sheet which he advertised today in front of the cameras. In fact, there is no doubt in the fact that Mediu is publicly pressuring Luli Basha, for the latter to show the offer he has for the Republicans.

He didn?t announce any list of candidates! He said:I want the first, second or third in the list of DP in Durrës. That was his list. But today?s move by Fatmir Mediu, confuses a bit our accounts. The Electoral Code stipulates that each county list must have at least 2-3 names more than the number of seats for each county. This clause saves Luli Basha, as 30 vacancies are created for him on the coalition list for the DP candidacies.

This time Luli will not have a problem to complete the list of candidates as in 2017. Since today, he can make easily a list of 170 names of candidates. But for MPs, it is another account. Because Luli Basha needs another parliament, in order that the DP can get deputies in front of Rama and the allies around. A Parliament not with 140, but with 1.400 deputies./ CNA.al
