Video-The scandal in the area of the former Bloc/ Irfan Hysebenlliu blocks the windows of the palace

A scandal has broken out in the area of the former Bloc in Tirana, where the businessman Irfan Hysebenlliu is involved. The CNA.al editorial office received the denunciation of a citizen, who expressed her revolt that with the construction that Irfan Hysebenlliu is carrying out, is being blocked her entire view from the window.

The complainant said that the works for this building have started in July of the past year, adding that she has made several attempts to block it. During this time, she also contacted the Prime Minister Edi Rama, and after that the works were stopped. Two months later, Hysebenlliu started the works again, but after contacting the Municipal Police, the State Police, but also with the deputy of the area Pandeli Majko, the works were stopped again, receiving a guarantee that no object would be built.

The lady who contacted the editorial office, said that the part occupied by Irfani Hysenbelliu was a garden in front of the palace. She asks the prosecution to investigate how the businessman managed to obtain the construction permit, and be provided with ownership documents.
