Silvinho expected, Brazilian club makes official coach

Renowned Brazilian club Corinthians has officially announced the appointment of Fernando Diniz as coach, ending speculation about a possible return of Silvinho to his homeland.

The club's leaders moved quickly to fill the vacancy left by Dorival Junior's resignation, selecting the former Fluminense and Brazilian national team coach to take charge of the team.

Silvinho's name has been widely discussed in the Brazilian media in recent days as a potential candidate, given the fact that his current contract with the Albanian Football Federation expires in July of this year.
