An absurd situation has erupted at Borussia Dortmund after the 3-3 draw against St Pauli, where Jobe Bellingham's debut took an unexpected turn.

The 19-year-old midfielder, who joined from Sunderland for €32m this summer, was substituted after half-time after a poor performance, a decision that angered his father, Mark Bellingham, who is also his personal adviser.

According to German media, he openly expressed his frustration with sporting director Sebastian Kehl and asked to meet with coach Niko Kovac to express his opposition. It is reported that his dissatisfaction was related not only to the substitution, but also to the way Dortmund lost a 3-1 lead late in the match.

The episode has created additional tensions at the club, complicating Bellingham's Bundesliga debut. The intervention of his family is seen as an element that could affect the relationship between the player and the technical staff.
