Mohamed is closing in on Liverpool, several teams want him

Mohamed Salah has ended his adventure with Liverpool after eight seasons at Anfield.

The Egyptian forward, who joined from Roma in the summer of 2017, leaves after making 441 appearances and scoring 257 goals and providing 122 assists. During his time at Liverpool, Salah won the Champions League in 2019, the Club World Cup in 2020 and two Premier League titles in 2020 and 2025.

He was also named the top scorer in the English championship five times. His record with the English club also includes the FA Cup, two League Cups, the English Super Cup and the European Super Cup. The 33-year-old's future is of interest to clubs from MLS and Saudi Arabia, while Roma and Milan are monitoring his situation.

Salah is currently focused on the World Cup with Egypt, who are in Group G alongside Belgium, New Zealand and Iran. A decision on his next club is expected to be made after the tournament.
