Friendlies with Italy, coach Tafaj publishes the list of Albania U-17

After the U-19 national team's friendly against Italy, it is now the turn of the U-17 Rossoneri to face their Azzurra peers.

Coach Fatjon Tafaj will debut on the bench of the U-17 national team with the two friendly matches that will take place in Coverciano, Italy, on August 11 and 13. For these challenges, the Albanian coach has gathered 22 players, 3 of whom are goalkeepers, 9 defenders, 5 midfielders and 5 attackers.

The team has been renewed with new names, unlike the last European qualifiers and finals for this age group.

All players were born in 2009 and come from both Albanian clubs and the academies of well-known European clubs such as Inter, Tottenham, Fiorentina, Bologna, Empoli, etc.

The Reds will begin their training camp tomorrow directly in Italy, where they will also prepare for the two matches against Italy.

The challenges against the Azzurri are a good test in the framework of preparations for the upcoming European Championship qualifiers for this age group, where Albania is part of Group 8, along with Croatia, the Netherlands and Kazakhstan.
