Milan prepares big move, agreement with Bundesliga striker

Milan have decided to focus on Victor Boniface, Bayer Leverkusen's Nigerian striker, as their main target for the offensive department.

The Italian club has placed the 24-year-old ahead of names like Hojlund or Vlahovic and has begun negotiations for his transfer.

Boniface scored 14 goals last season with Leverkusen, but was often hampered by injuries, which has caused his transfer value to drop from 60 to around 40 million euros. Milan's leaders have presented an offer with a loan with an option to buy.

It is reported from Germany that Bayer Leverkusen are considering the offer, while there are positive signals for a deal. Boniface has given his approval for the move to Serie A and has found an agreement with Milan.

Now only the final decision of the German club is awaited. Negotiations are in an advanced stage and could be concluded within the transfer window.
