Sensational/ Chiesa towards a return to Serie A

The winter transfer window could bring Juventus a surprise reinforcement, with the possible return of Federico Chiesa.

The Italian striker has been at Liverpool for around a year and a half but has found little room in the starting line-up. A return to Turin would give Chiesa more minutes and the opportunity to regain his place in the Italian national team.

Coach Luciano Spalletti has long valued Chiesa and sees him as a valuable alternative in the offensive department. According to “Gazzetta dello Sport”, the operation is being seen as a concrete idea, mainly in the form of a loan until the end of the season. Juventus are not looking for major investments in January, while Liverpool are not regularly activating the player.

In parallel, the black and white leaders are also considering reinforcements in midfield and on the right wing. The names of Guido Rodriguez and Brooke Norton-Cuffy remain on the list of targets for this transfer window.
