Salah to leave Liverpool for Turkey

Mohamed Salah's future could be in Turkey. Turkish media are reporting that the striker has reached a verbal agreement to move to Fenerbahçe.

The 33-year-old Egyptian will leave the English championship after a nine-year spell with the Liverpool club.

During his experience in England, he played in 441 official matches, scored 257 goals and won two league titles as well as a Champions League trophy.

According to what is reported by the newspaper "Sabah", the parties are close to formalizing a 3-year contract. This agreement foresees that the player will receive an annual salary ranging from 12 to 13 million euros.

The club's executives from Istanbul are working to complete bureaucratic procedures before the documents take official form.
