An unusual situation has come from the village of Cernalevë, in the Shishtavec administrative unit, where the headman Mahir Hysenaj has decided for two years to close the main entrance to the village ambulance, creating great difficulties for residents, especially for people with special needs.

The case was reported to the editorial office of the investigative show "Tak Fak" by a paraplegic resident, who expressed his concern about the lack of access to the health center. According to the headman Hysenaj, the closed door belongs to a part of the building that serves as a mosque and is used for religious rituals, so according to him, it should not be opened.

The “Tak Fak” journalist went to the village and confronted the village headman, who firmly declared that the door would not be opened “as long as that headman is around.” He denied that there was any blocking of access for residents, despite the fact that the entrance is located on difficult terrain, which makes movement difficult, especially for people with disabilities.

"What does it matter to me?" he said when asked about the difficulties the residents are going through.
