STUDIMI: Një pije energjike në muaj shkakton probleme me gjumin

Pirja e vetëm një pije energjike në muaj mund të rrisë rrezikun e problemeve me gjumin, tregon një studim, raporton "The Sun". 

Të rinjtë e moshës 18 deri në 35 vjeç që pinin pije çdo ditë, flinin rreth gjysmë ore më pak se ata që i pinin herë pas here ose aspak. Përmbajtja e lartë e kafeinës dëmton cilësinë e gjumit, edhe nëse e konsumoni vetëm me raste, theksuan studiuesit. 

Autorja kryesore, Siri Kaldenbach, e Innlandet Hospital Trust, theksoi se edhe sasi të vogla të pijeve energjike u shoqëruan me rezultate më të dobëta të gjumit.

“Shumica e lidhjeve midis pijeve energjike dhe gjumit ishin të ngjashme për studentët meshkuj dhe femra, por me disa përjashtime të dukshme. Për kohën e gjumit dhe kohën e ngritjes, ne kemi vërejtur një efekt dukshëm më të fortë për burrat krahasuar me gratë. Një në tre britanikë vuajnë nga pagjumësia", u shpreh ajo. 

Orët e pakta të gjumit janë të lidhura me një sërë kushtesh serioze shëndetësore, duke përfshirë sëmundjet e zemrës, alzheimerin, ankthin dhe depresionin.

Qeveria po shqyrton aktualisht një propozim për t'i dhënë fund shitjes së pijeve energjike fëmijëve nën 16 vjeç në Angli./CNA
