Review of the draft budget/ Balla: We need intensive work, the goal is to close

The Chairman of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, in a statement to the media, focused on the approval of the budget.

Balla said that, referring to parliamentary tradition, this month the focus should be on the draft budget.

The head of the SP Group stated that the budget should be closed within 30-40 days, to leave space for municipalities to approve local budgets.

Balla further announced that the goal is to close the budget by December 15th.

" The Conference of Mayors approves the calendar for reviewing the draft budget. Tradition dictates that this month the focus is on the draft budget. Given the need for municipalities to approve local budgets, we need to work intensively for 30-40 days to finalize the budget. There are two votes in Parliament, one in principle and the other article by article as a whole. The goal is to conclude it within 15 days, it must be concluded to leave space for local government institutions to approve the budgets ," said Balla./ CNA
