DP MP Gjin Gjoni revealed that the opposition has a backup plan for the February 28 protest.

In a connection with the show "The Unexposed", Gjoni said that the Democrats are conducting an analysis to realize a type of scenario that also requires an approach from the international factor.

According to the MP, the DP must raise the temperature of the protest, to move towards an escalation and climax.

"There is a plan from the DP, it is analyzing. The situation created is also due to the incompetence of the DP organization, if things were good, they would be different. The DP is realizing a kind of scenario that also requires an approach from the international factor, so we have also sensitized the international media. The arrival of an observation team from the European Parliament increases the temperature of the protest, and of the sympathizers, in this new approach to the protest that is not the best, but is improving. Citizens are asking for short speeches. In all the meetings we held with the European parliamentarians, information was provided about what is happening in Albania. But there is also a need for a citizen reaction. The DP must raise the temperature of the protest step by step. I also said in the meeting and I am for a radical escalation of the protest to reach a peak. Until today, the technical government has not been proposed as a solution like today. There is also a plan B, in parallel with the protests there is also a scenario B such as a hunger strike, the blockade of institutions", - said Gjoni. /CNA
