Democratic Party MP Tomorr Alizoti commented today on the situation in the country through some of the sensational developments that have occurred recently.  

Invited to 'Syri Tv', Alizoti accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of arrogance at all levels, which according to him has caused great damage to Albania.

Alizoti emphasized that the country needs a broad analysis and a way to curb Edi Rama as soon as possible.

"Now I am convinced that all Albanians and those who see us and those who do not see us would know the answer that these things do not happen anymore, not in Germany, but also in the countries of Eastern Europe, not even in the Balkans which is a little more similar to us. Because even in Albania, prime ministers like that in these cases when there have been disasters, tragedies, infrastructural problems, prime ministers who, no matter how they were, have led ministers, have always been on the ground to calm people down, to accept some kind of blame for the situation that is happening, every kind of tragedy that has happened, while the case of this man is also outside of Albania, not Germany is very far away and outside of Albania it is a unique case, it is a strange case. But now if we do a sociological, social analysis, he is not the only one to blame.

Even the people themselves, the whole society must react because he could not say it, there is no prime minister in the country, in the world who or leader who can make such a statement and at the same time fly by helicopter. So fly by helicopter. So his arrogance is, on a psychic level. And I have always said it, I am not saying anything new, I have the impression that all Albanians have so much knowledge that they are represented by a psychic man. He is really psychic, that his arrogance is, his narcissism is pathological, psychic, that challenges the whole society, but society must also challenge him in the next protest. It must challenge him, so it must stop this man, who is at the head of the country and is doing whatever.

He is doing whatever he wants, whatever, with the wealth, with the future, with, with society, with the youth, with all Albanians, he does whatever. So Albanians must unite, and those who love the DP and those who do not love the DP, but to protect themselves, to protect their children, to protect their country from a man with this kind of psychosis, who in addition to psychosis is connected to crime and everything. Since I am skipping directly to Germany, we know that Rama's government had some previous international support from the USA, but also from Germany. Now his figure here especially is... many political figures, who cover Albania, avoid him and will not want to have one, so to speak, one picture, one approach with him, because he in today's Germany, which is very important in the EU, but also from the crises that have occurred in relation to America, has begun and has attempted to take a more active role in Europe, so that Europe is strengthened and an important part, a delicate part of the European Union for tomorrow in integration is the Balkans. And who is from the problematic countries of the Balkans? Today it is Albania. Because Albania has powerful drug cartels, which violate the interests of Europe and destabilize the Balkans as well.

And the main representative of these cartels is the Prime Minister of Albania, who has been refusing to surrender for all these months and it has been a matter of great concern, of the Deputy Prime Minister, of his deputy. So, look in England, the prince was arrested. The matter, it was found out, the facts came out, they came out, the acts, the files were opened, he was arrested. While in Albania, all of Albania knows, the internationals know, not only those who are experts, but also those who are not experts know that in Albania the parliament blocks, so the majority, which is Rama, blocks the removal of the mandate of a man who is not corrupt, it has also passed the concept of corruption, which I say and I have always said that it is not her. It is this symbolism. She is simply the servant of the great symbol. Because the reason he does not release her is because she is himself. This is the reason, it is a simple logical deduction, but fortunately this thing until yesterday was of minimal interest, today it has maximum interest.

So the conflict that Europe has with Russia, the war in Ukraine has made Germans and a large part of Europe think about a stronger, more united Europe. Also the problem that Europeans have with Trump, that is, with the administration, the tariffs, that Europe should finance more, that is, the European problem with America, has made Germans themselves more active in thinking about a Europe of tomorrow, stronger, more unified and clearer about its interests. And Europe clarifies or closes its borders with the integration of the Western Balkans. And the country that is very problematic, and that is why those who produce crime, criminality, drugs, cartels, are interested here, is Albania and this is not at the level, as you say, amateurish, this is at the political level. Because we know our prime minister, the prime minister of Albania is connected to them. So they, they win, they take the elections in Albania, together with him, in all the regions. So they know this. And the fact that now, if this has been underground, so it is hidden, experts know, the case of the deputy prime minister of Balluk, is a case that is openly challenging to everyone, to the whole society. Because these wiretaps that have come out with these hundreds of apartments, with everything, have come to the West. And here is the red line that they do not accept. So, how is it possible that until yesterday, everyone who was suspected had their immunity lifted within days, within hours, and for the most important person, who is closest to the prime minister, it is being extended for months. And such a country that challenges the rule of law in this way has no place in the European Union. So it is a red line, it is a great surprise, this is a surprise for us Albanians, not for the Germans, who have a taboo. And this has caused a lot of echoes and a lot of fuss, that this man who promises and I had in the electoral campaign, the European Union, cannot enter the European Union by doing something that does not even happen in Africa. Not even in the EU. So, this is a surprise for the Albanians, and this thing, has shocked those here. "So they said, okay, we know that Albania is corrupt, it has problems with crime, but that this would dare to go to this kind of limit, openly, attacking anyone, they didn't believe it and this has made them more, in the case of Albania, more, more direct," said Alizoti./ CNA
