New SP law/Journalist: No more prison without a final court decision

Journalist Baton Haxhiu, invited to the show "The Unexposed", declared that the socialists will set the standard for Romania, there will be no more arrests without a final court decision.

This change, which according to Haxhiu, will be part of the law. The journalist further stated that referring to European standards, in no country can MPs be investigated without a decision of Parliament.

Focusing on Meta's arrest, the journalist stated that it is a shame that he has been in detention for two years and no one has spoken about him.
