DP seeks pre-election coalitions/ Bylykbashi: This system is beyond repair

The Democratic Party has requested the return of pre-election coalitions to the Electoral Code. The request was made by the Democratic co-chair of Electoral Reform, Oerd Bylykbashi.

Bylykbashi said that the current system is a toxic system for political parties and kills the function of parties in Parliament. The Democrat stated that this system cannot be repaired anymore.

" This system is a toxic system for political parties, pluralism and democracy. This system has nothing to do with what Albanians need. This system kills the functioning of parties in parliament and government. This system must definitely go. Here we are, let's discuss it. We cannot hide, this system is beyond repair, it is a hybrid ," said Bylykbashi./CNA
