Lawyer Spartak Ngjela spoke on a television appearance about Sali Berisha and the "non-women" imposed by America.

Ngjela said that the "non grata" against Berisha was decided by Parliament and not by the president.

Further, the lawyer stated that the imposed measure cannot be lifted because Berisha has connections to Al Qaeda and this is the motivation of the "non-women".

" Saliu is non grata in the US, the one who is non grata in America is not accepted by the entire West. He is non grata there by decision of the parliament, not the president, and they have a non grata doctrine. He is not removed from non grata because he has ties to Al Qaeda. Saliu has had relations with Islamic forces. He was made non grata because he has ties to anti-American forces, and this is the motive behind the non grata ," said Ngjela./CNA
