SP's legal initiative/Noka: Rama is jumping up and down in frustration that

The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, reacted today regarding the legal initiative proposed by the Socialist Party for the suspension of ministers.

Through a long post on his social media, Noka emphasizes that the prime minister's biggest concern is just his own fear, as he feels sorry for himself at the idea of ??prison.

Full reaction:

The Prime Minister, who, in complete violation of the autonomy of local government, entered and exited the Municipality of Tirana as its mayor, has been concerned about the separation of powers in Albania.

Edi Rama, who pocketed the parliament, the president, the municipalities, the media and stole the patent for the invention of the "New Justice" by becoming untouchable, finds it completely absurd that a prosecutor of the republic would request the suspension from office of a minister caught in corruption. Rama has granted Balluk the status of untouchability, so the prime minister is furious and asks, as if surprised, how can an untouchable like her be suspended?

Edi Rama doesn't feel sorry for Balluku. He feels sorry for himself. All Albanians have seen this.

Rama is jumping up and down in frustration that it's his turn to go to prison. Of course, a politician whose vocation is prison will sooner or later end up in prison.

A prime minister who sought to suppress poverty with prison and made prison the leitmotif of his government, proposing changes to the Penal Code, such as:

If you despise the leaders of the state, you will serve 3 years in prison.

If you don't have the money to pay the bills, you pay with 3 years in prison.

Up to 3 years in prison if you double park on the street, despite the lack of parking spaces to open your arms.

Edi Rama solves the violation with prison.

But when Edi Rama violates it, how is it resolved?

The changes to the law that he wants to bring about are a discourse of the inviolability of the dome, of his impunity and his own corrupt circle. Rama is telling us "I am above the court".

If there is a status above the powers, it is enjoyed only by the sovereign. It is up to the sovereign to express himself on February 20, before the Prime Minister's Office./CNA
